How To Make A Blogskin

Many people don't know about how to make a blogskin, but maybe, one of them will to learn to make a blogskin.
Now on to the tutorial!

Starting tools

I usually code my skins manually on Notepad. Notepad should be available on every computer (or at least Windows). You can also use Wordpad or Edit.
Notepad is found under Start - Programs - Acessories - Notepad.

As you follow this tutorial, copy the codes and paste them into Notepad.

Basic tags

I am not going through tags like the bold tag, the italic tag, the font tag and stuff. You can look them up at lissaexplains.

Head

This is how my head usually looks like. Explanations for each part is given below too.
